Shojo Manga suggestions (1st part)
February 26, 2010You see, I am an Otaku. Yes, the one who is addicted to Japanese anime and manga. Most of my friends are also Otaku’s, and they would always ask me which kind of mangas do I prefer. I am a hopeless romantic, so I am very, very, intruged by corny-love stories. Here are some of my reccomendations:
1. Gakuen Alice - This Manga is a story of a girl, Mikan Sakura, who followed her best friend, Hotaru Imai to a school that she never knew existed. A school where students can fly, teachers can predict using crystal balls, and bullies that can annoy you to the verge of death. What she didn’t know, is that her whole past, lies between the memories in that academy. Alice Academy. Written by Higuchi Tachibana
2. Shinshi Doumei Cross - This Manga, focuses on a girl named Haine, who was adopted. Like a normal high school student, Haine made friends, earned admirers, and fell in love. Takanari Togu, the President of the Student Council. The “crush” of Haine. Would Haine still love him, even if she finds out who he really is? This Manga is packed with Comedy, Drama, Gender Benders, and lotsa Love! Written by Arina Tanemura
